[why2025-terrain] Map layer for fieldphones

Hello Phil,

Yes this will be possible!
The following tables are already there in a hidden state:

- dect_base_station
- pbx_shelf
- phone_cable
- phone_cable_splitter

I can add the table 'field_phone' to the map. If you create more tables, 
let me know. And I can add these as well.
Please make the phone locations points and the cables line geometries.

Do you want any of these tables to be publicly visible? and which ones ?
