[why2025-terrain] Plattegrond Why25

Dear Jeroen,

I am preparing to respond to Vincent tonight and I saw that you 
initially asked for the Klic melding, and I just look through it and I 
don't see that it has the information about the lines that run on the 
actual terrain (There is one fiber on the wagenweg, but not even to the 
heuvel where I would expect it).
As far as I can see we know everything in the surrounding area, but not 
the stuff that is supposed to be on our field.
Am I just blind or is this in a different document that the terrain 
owners gave you/us ?
