Hi Logistics,

I think we only need one thing from you for sure.
On th 4th the fire extinguishers will arrive and I will need a forklift to place it next to the safety tent.

I assume we can communicate this over the radio, but just wanted to inform you on this shipment (I assume 3 pallets of stuff)
